Simple and practical

The hotel is located in the city, there is private parking behind.
The room was small but functional. And the bathroom was a little old. The bed was comfortable, I slept well, so for one night it's okay.
The welcome was very warm.

This time a small single room, but completely purposeful for one night.
The bed was comfortable Wifi stable. The view from the window, however, was very modest. Hotel staff very friendly, nothing wrong with it. The breakfast was sumptuous, the coffee excellent (I wish so from many hotels).
All in all, the stay according to price performance was perfectly fine. I recommend this house gladly.

This hotel is something you want at every destination!

Just great extra class, what you have to offer at the Hotel Cuxhaven! Bravo!
We had chosen the hotel "Stadt Cuxhaven" due to the good reviews for our stay of 3 nights us it exceeded all expectations!
It started with the Check Inn which was very friendly and personal. "Get there first, move into your two rooms and then I'll give you tips on what to do in Cuxhaven," what more could you want.
The two booked rooms were equipped with a lot of charm, nothing was missing. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms pleasantly large that 2 people do not stand on their feet when getting ready.
The next highlight was the breakfast buffet, there is just everything your heart desires. The Service employee was so nimble, set up tables, filled up the buffet and still has time for some lovely words. In general, the team impresses with a lot of personal warmth.
The location of the hotel is perfect, 10 minutes or 2 stops from the train station, in 5 minutes you are at the "Old Love" and the stop of the bus line towards Ahoi is about 3 minutes away.
We have not been bribed for this review, but simply enthusiastic guests, they should be us once again in Cuxhaven, just stay here, promised!

Wonderfully refreshing.

Very friendly staff. Young and competent team. Brings a breath of fresh air to Cuxhaven:-) Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. You have everything you need here. Very good also the coffee machine for the thirst in between. To a next moin in Cuxhaven.

Comfortable, friendly, central

I had a great stay at the "Stadt Cuxhaven". Staff are extremely friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was equally great, a vast selection, quality and tasty choice. I would stay there any time again when in the area. Nice restaurants are also nearby in the harbour.
