Sloppiness everywhere - apparently >> wow <
The communication in advance was - it must be mentioned - pleasant, professional, as well as nice and friendly.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed of the following:
At least 3 rooms in our booked group were DEFICIENT to INSUFFICIENTLY cleaned!! #405, #417, #419.
Under the beds were bottles, chocolate bars, wrappers, and MASSIVELY caked DUST.
The bathrooms lack cleanliness and hygiene.
Neither the hotel management nor the cleaning team have any idea about proper treatment of guests or hotel rooms and wet areas!
Staff at the reception do not have a well-groomed manner with guests. Instruction and reprimanding seem to be the order of the day. (see other reviews here and Google)
Here, additional training and awareness training are absolutely necessary.

Terrible customer service and bad experience
The staff at the reception were very unpleasant and in no way receptive to our problems when we told them about our check-in experience the next day.
Besides, there was smoke smell in our bathroom too, and breakfast was terrible!!

Unprofessional handling of guests
The managing director or management has repeatedly asked private and inappropriate questions, for example about personal relationships.
In addition, a sense of mistrust arose, even though we acted correctly.
A stay-at-home order was even issued in this context, although there was no discernible reason for this.
I found that unprofessional and not hospitable.
Too bad, because the hotel itself would be fine.
I would like to see more respect and a more professional approach to guests.

Child-unfriendly, pampering management
We were able to check in at any other hotel without any problems and were welcomed with open arms.
Embarrassing is that the manager himself didn't even want to show us where in their terms and conditions it says that and was totally puny. Apparently, the hotel is doing so well that they prefer to accept a cancellation.
