Excellent

Excellent stay at this hotel with a very good welcome from Sander who can only be described as perfect in his role with a very appreciated welcome drink. The room was very good with a good view and breakfast was fine too.

Pleasant stay

Super pleasant stay in nice surroundings. Will definitely use the property again. I was a professional guest for two days. You can walk from Hörde station to the hotel in 5 - 10 minutes, depending on your condition. The room was great from my point of view, the bathroom sufficiently large and clean. The breakfast I also found really great, daily changing hot food, sufficient selection of cold meats, fruit etc. Also the location in the second row to the lake is really great, who wants to run here can a lap around the lake here there is also a playground for children and plenty of options for eating or drinking. The gym I did not find quite as successful here there were 3 cardio machines a tower, a small selection of dumbbells and a bench

Great and very helpful staff, we use to stay here regularly so can confirm that it is a great place to explore Dortmund. Drinks at the bar have, however, become expensive especially if compared with other local alternatives. All in all, we will continue to come back.

Really enjoyed my stay at HbHDPs. The room was clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. It felt comfortable and easy from the moment I arrived. The location is great, beautiful area with good restaurant just a walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely return!

Great hotel beside the Phoenixsee. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice and is included in the price. Good transport links to Dortmund and other surrounding areas. Special mention should go to the staff who were wonderful. Courteous, helpful, efficient and always with a smile.
