Great and very clean hotel, and the staff provided excellent service. The location is a bit remote, so having a car is recommended as there isn’t much to do near the hotel.

Towels service

Very small room. Stayed for 2 nights but no cleaning service and also no fresh towels. Air conditioning worked well and breakfast was adequate. Cleanliness could be better!

Excellent hotel with free parking and delicious breakfast

Classic Ibis with comfortable rooms: the room is spacious, cozy, the bed is large and comfortable, everything is very clean. Check-in is quick, the staff is pleasant and friendly. Hotel pet-friendly, that's a plus. Special mention will be made of the free parking (garage under the hotel building) and the very delicious, varied and hearty breakfast. I've seen breakfasts like this in European hotels with a 4*, and here it's a 3* ibis.
Cons: all great, but breakfast is certainly expensive, at €18 per person

The Ibis Dortmund City is a good hotel. Parking is available in front of the entrance or in the underground car park. Practically the supermarket is right next to it.
Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean.
Had booked without breakfast.
