Great stay

Nice hotel with good breakfast Clean rooms Unfortunately there is nothing open at the end of July. Neither did the hotel restaurant.
If you come here to spend the night alone, this is fine.

Comfortable little inn

Clean, well maintained inn with character. Good size room, comfortable bed. Friendly owners, who spoke very good English. Great breakfast. Car parking. Would stay again if I was in the area in future.
Restaurant not open during the week, but several options nearby.

Many extra touches

This small hotel is well appointed and although the room we had wasn’t huge it was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and there was a coffee machine in the bedroom. Unfortunately our room fronted the busy road and our sleep was somewhat disturbed. There were earplugs provided by the bed, but I would ask for a side room if booking. Breakfast was really great, in a nicely furnished small dining room, with a great selection of fresh fruit and breads, juice, yoghurt and different mueslis, and cheeses, meats and eggs on offer. One of the better breakfasts I have come across in years of travelling. This hotel has been run by the same family for five generations with a high level of care as a result.

Family style Restaurant serving quality food

Restaurant is run by the owners. Extremely friendly and attentive.
Food is local (German) Food. Wine selectoin is abit limited but beer is vrery good !
Parking space is limited so you may have to walk a little.

best 4 days of our 5 weeks vacation

We felt being really kings at the hotel, kindness, friendliness, service and present were totally beyond our expectation.
