Nice hotel in the centre

Pleasant staff, check-in at any time, registration online is possible. Hotel pet-friendly. The room is small but clean and warm. There's good hot water in the shower. Located a 10-minute walk from the main station.
Payment is possible only by card, cash is not accepted. A checkout at 10:00 a.m. with check-in only at 3:00 p.m. is, of course, early...

Terrible Experience – Dirty Rooms, Rude Staff, and Double Charging

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The room was dirty, and the level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. It was obvious that proper cleaning standards were not being followed.
The staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed no interest in resolving any of the issues I raised. Instead of providing good customer service, they made the experience even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, I was charged twice for the same service. Despite bringing this to their attention, the issue was not handled properly, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor hygiene, poor customer service, and incorrect billing are simply unacceptable. I will never return.

The room was neither ventilated nor climatise and was too hot in summer time. Toilet too small to use. Check in was terrible with self-service.
I do not recommend this hotel- stay away!

Very disappointing stay from start to finish.
Check-in was unnecessarily slow, communication was poor, the rooms were not clean, and breakfast was badly organized and underwhelming.
The bar area is pleasant and the staff are kind, but overall the experience fell far below expectations.
