Relaxed evening
In the covered and windproof terrace you sit comfortably, the price/performance ratio is coherent.
We felt very comfortable!

More show than substance.
Unfortunately, the reality was completely different:
First room (top floor): Unbearably hot, no blinds on the skylights, and only a portable unit that could not cool the room at all. It is unreasonable to offer guests something like this at all.
Second room (after complaint): Also only a portable air conditioning unit. The heat at night was hardly bearable. Additionally, it smelled extremely unpleasant both in the room and in the bathroom.
When I addressed the problem and the lack of comfort at check-out and asked for a price concession, this was rigorously blocked at the reception (‘That is absolutely not possible, I cannot do that here’).
We are aware that we ideally should have demanded the discount immediately, but the extreme heat stress simply blocked us at that moment. Anyone looking for a reliable, air-conditioned room and customer-oriented service in the summer should definitely avoid this hotel. No recommendation.

Convenient for proximity to the fair. There is no value for money
The bathroom is uncomfortable: no shower, only bathtub, and this makes it impractical. There are also stairs and no elevator, so it can be uncomfortable for those with luggage or difficulty moving.
Breakfast was a disappointment: very little choice and mostly prepackaged or frozen products, drinks from a vending machine, nothing freshly prepared. There are no cakes and desserts, so I recommend not adding it to the living room.
Overall I would recommend it only for the proximity to the fair and for the availability of the evening receptionist, who was very kind.

Not recommended if you are celiac
When I raised the issue, the staff did not apologize or take responsibility — instead, they suggested that I “should have known” that this type of dessert normally contains gluten, even though the menu clearly stated otherwise. There was no gesture of goodwill, not even a simple apology or a small discount.
This is not just poor service; it’s a serious health risk for anyone with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. I expected professionalism, transparency, and care, and unfortunately, I experienced none of these.
I strongly advise anyone with dietary restrictions to be extremely cautious when eating here.
