Dirty
Have to pay for Wifi
Have to pay 10 Euro for towel (deposit)
Have to pay extra if you pay with card
Beds are terrible
No enough electricity socket
The fan in the room does not work
They don’t even knock the door when they come in to the room. I was just wearing my underwear
Bathroom smells bad
Check out is 11(the email said it was 12)
Sometimes water suddenly bursts out
Takes a while to get hot water
Electric kettle never stops even the water is already boiling
The entire floor smells like an ashtray
I don’t even care about the quality of the hotel but this was way to far from the average.
There are so many better options in Düsseldorf.
Just not here..

Booking information lied !!!

A DISASTER describes the hole quite well. Private garage parking space as described on Booking. We arrived by car and had previously reserved the alleged garage parking space by mail. On the spot then, but he didn't exist at all. From a bad German speaking lady who had absolutely no idea of anything we were then informed on site. The problem was, we also had no other parking around the hotel that would be free. That means we had no choice but to leave the smelly hotel. She gave us the boss' number because she didn't seem to dare call him herself. But he was so incredibly unfriendly and ignorant that we did not even get our money back for the two nights booked. Better pay €10 more and stay away from this thing.

Horror Trip

The unfriendly reception was harmless. The bathroom was dirty and foreign hair on the pillow and stains on the blanket. Have left after 3 hours stay in the middle of the night and have gone home again 5-6 hours.

Strongly discourage a Booking Referral!

Absolutely desolate condition!! Strongly discouraged from Booking Referral! We couldn't even stay overnight because so insanely dirty (bedding covered with hair as if you had rubbed tens of guinea pigs over it, smeared walls etc. the thick layer of dust everywhere was the most harmless thing!) I would award minus points if I could.

Mold stench I defy the air scented tree no relief. company knows that he can keep 90% cancellation. never

Cold, no hot water.
Smells musty so we had to buy a scented tree
Unfortunately, the cancellation cost 90%. Please don't book there if you want to stay healthy.
There is no parking space.
Spend €10 more.
