From the welcome to the check-out... all TOP. We will come back.
Location in the city center - great.
Location to the stadium - great.

Good location

Small, hotel in old building. Hence the corresponding reductions clearly. Pretty clairvoyant, could listen to the neighbor snoring. No lift e.g. room small, to the street a bit noisy, inventory got old, especially the bathroom. Maybe consider a small improvement. Shower cubicle totally calcified. Beds super comfortable - slept very well. Staff super nice. Self check-in worked out well. Had taken hotel due to proximity to fair. 12 min to the town hall. Bus every 20 min right outside the door and also tram to the city every 10 min.
Had to 130€/night - I found Too much, but also depends on demand if several events at the fair... otherwise the prices would never go.
Breakfast for 10€ fully ok.
Can be done well if you accept some compromises in room. Price- for that well

Excellent friendly service in a very clean and quiet hotel. It was nicer than represented in the photos. The breakfast was as exceptional as well:)

Please avoid and read carefully

We saw this hotel at booking while we were home, but we didn’t want to rush and wanted to see it before booking because the location was wery important to us. We went there and i don’t remember that anyone else was so rude anywhere in the world like this time. The guy that opened the door ( because they don’t have 24/7 open desk) was very very rude, because we came twice. As i say the location was very important and the price normally too. The first time they offer smaller ammount than booking, but the second time more 100 euro, so i asked if i can make reservation from booking because it is cheaper?! I do this all the time and did not have a problem at all. While he was talking on the phone, he STARTED OFENDING us to the other person at other language (that we understood well) so we leave and find another hotel better and cheaper. I work with customers too and i never disrespect anyone because i love my job and working with people, and when they come they know that they came at right place.

Unfortunately, a wrong impression has been created here. You saw our room price on the Booking.com website and came to us twice. Since we did not offer you a cheaper price than through Booking.com, you were upset and left the hotel (twice). And now you write that we were unfriendly. That is very strange.

Cute, clean, welcoming. Really large rooms. Great for leisure trips. A tasty and varied breakfast. The only downside is the parking, you park on the street where there is space.
Very close to the fair, easily reachable. Worth a visit
