Nice friendlyhotel

We stayed for two nights to visit the Christmas markets.
Easy to find either from Freidrichstadt station, 10 minute walk, or from Dusseldorf HBF
on tram.
Anna on reception greeted us with a smile, and we checked in with in minutes.
we were on the 5th floor, by the lift, did not have any noise which bothered us.
Room was clean, and had a nice bathroom.
We paid for breakfast. Which we enjoyed the variety, eggs , fresh bread and rolls, pasties, cereals, and fresh meat and cheeses. The two ladies how work in the breakfast rooms, were very friendly, and constantly replenished items when ran low.
The hotel has tram stops with in a few minutes walk, 701, direction to the old town.
All in all, a very nice hotel, and would recommend.

Great value for Money!

Large , spacious room which was more the enough for the 4 of us including a travel cot for the baby! the room was clean and tidy, new renovated bathroom. Faced the backyard which was very quiet. Breakfast was great! Didn't get a chance to explore the area, doesn't look like the best area in town but getting to the center was very easy.

Good value

Clean, tidy with a small bar and friendly staff. Near a shop, a good kebab shop and the tram. Comfy bed too, and a 24 hour staffed front desk. Very much 3 star but if you want more, pay more. Recommended for short stays.

Excellent service!

I reserved 6 rooms for friends over the weekend. The staff was so lovely & accommodating. People had packages delivered, I dropped off envelopes for each room & a few odds and ends. Everything was handled so professionally & with a smile. My friends raved about the breakfast & how clean the rooms were. I won't hesitate to use this hotel again. Thanks for everything!

A pleasant stay

Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Private secure parking just over the road for €8 but book ahead. We didn't opt for the in house breakfast but plenty of nice coffee shops and supermarkets within 10 mins walk. The only complaint is that the hotel is on a busy road and we were in a room at the front of the building so it was pretty noisy with the passing traffic, trams and trains.
