When I’m in Düsseldorf – which is quite often – I always stay at the Radisson Blu. It’s an excellent hotel, and the reception staff are always helpful and very friendly.

Bad experience

Location is amazing and everything thing else was horrible, very noisy bed and o can hear the other rooms and not that clean, receptionist at check out was making fun of my name. Really bad experience over all and I wrote comment where else about the room they said i should have paid for renovated room

Mariela at the hotel reception was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They only thing was bothering me was no slippers in the room otherwise love the hotel morning breakfast was excellent room service was great fast service location was great bottom lines we enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay for next trip and one more thing that Baba the chef very interesting character for the morning breakfast he make your day more interesting and pleasant he make us laugh early morning and we love him❤️
