The staff were very helpful, I had many questions about the subway, etc! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of options. My room was giant and they kept it very clean, it was spotless every time I came back into the room. The hotel is in a great area for restaurants and Edeka, the large grocery store, is across the street. The hotel is walking distance to several train/subway stops and you are not far from the big shopping area, Konigsallee. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely Location

Charming, LGBTQ-friendly hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf. Beautiful, spacious, well-furnished, and clean rooms with flair from large portraits of prominent contemporaries. Very friendly staff. Tea and coffee, shower gel, and body lotion are provided. When booking directly on the website, soft drinks are included.
A tea cup would be nice, and among the good selection of teas, black tea is a must.

Friendly, perfect.

Central location, yet very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Room is fine. An air conditioner would also be in use on summer days.

It couldn't be better!

A hotel with character - with great attention to detail, tastefully and quality equipped.
Cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and of course the location - everything perfect
Particularly noteworthy is the exceptionally friendly, helpful and competent staff (especially from the reception and dining room), we felt very comfortable.
A wonderful place for a relaxing stay in Düsseldorf.

Nice ambience

Beautifully located hotel, great ambience, which unfortunately looks a bit dingy due to the carpets. Service is very friendly and the spacious room facing the courtyard was very quiet.
