Great hotel, walking distance to the PSD Bank Dome

My daughter and I were in Dusseldorf to see a concert at the PSD Bank Dome (Tame Impala!). Hotel is easy walking distance of the Dome, parking garage at the back of the property, check in was easy - staff were friendly and efficient.
Room was good sized - overlooking the park - two twin beds that we moved apart to allow us to each have our own bed. Furniture and linen clean and good condition. Self serve snack shop on ground floor (a little pricey but convenient).
The buffet breakfast was good - plenty of variety - hot foods, cold, fruits, cereals and yogurt.
Great hotel and great location near the Dome - we'll have to go to more concerts there and definitely stay here again.

Tropical heat and no air conditioning system couldn't pull excuse

Always there's something there, now in the Tropical heat NO AIR CON, should never be for such a chain, all kinds of excuses, previous times, cava glass for 1 fourth but filled, close to airport is any advantage, for me this was LAST TIME

Mother's Day brunch 2026

I've been to the
van der Valk Hotel Düsseldorf is a guest and I have to say, I love coming here. Today we were at brunch and I was so surprised at so many young friendly staff at the restaurant and am happy that there are still people in this industry who like to do their job, here you can see it especially! Culinarily, of course, we were not neglected. Thank you dear Van der Valk team and definitely see you next time.

Relaxed start holiday

Lovely relaxed, day before departure already to Düsseldorf and park your car and the next day by taxi to the airport, nice rooms only we find t food less, not what the Dutch are used to van der valk, too bad, little choice
