Top hotel
The hotel is top clean and has nice large rooms which are also very modern and practical. Unfortunately, I am not a tech-savvy person and would not have gotten into the hotel so easily without my husband, but the night staff are mega and happy to help. Hotel is more than recommended. Breakfast had been great too. It is quite small but there is something of everything. Very modern furnishings, was really fun to eat there in peace.

It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the neighboring room... but when I was back around 5pm, the room had not been visited. Since there is no reception, I tried to go to the bar/breakfast room downstairs, but it was locked... Rossman saved me again, but that's not the way it should be!

We loved staying at this place
Location: excellent. 0.5 miles or 0.8km from the train with mostly flat and smooth sidewalks.
Receptionist: check in with a kiosk. One of the easiest unmanned checkin’s I’ve the encountered.
This unassuming building was a gem. After entering the code to get in the building you enter you information into the kiosk and payment if not prepaid. The machine dispenses a room key with an option for an additional room key.
We encountered a few steps and a few turns and doors utilizing the keycard to gain access to get to our room.
Walking into our apartment there was a kitchen table with 2 chairs and a big screen tv on the wall. The kitchen was well equipped with a fairly large refrigerator, microwave, hot plates, dishes, coffee maker, and a bottle of complementary sparkling water-that was so appreciated. Near the kitchen there was a spacious closet with hangers and multiple shelves that would probably satisfy any needs for storage.
The bed was very comfortable with adequate blankets and the linen was very clean and comfortable. Pillows were very com. Multiple light setting could be found in the bedroom. There was another television in the bedroom. That was pretty amazing.
The bathroom was huge with an amazingly large shower area. It had a smart mirror with built-in Bluetooth and touch, lighting for mood, lighting, and vanity lighting.
They mentioned the apartment was soundproof, and it was absolutely quiet in the apartment. You could not hear a sound.
Room darkness: the curtains more than cover the windows, and there was hardly any light coming into the room when the sun came out b
WiFi: seemed to work well, but the bed to die for put us to sleep.
There is a vending machine on the property which is a nice touch. I saw a washer and dryer room, but we didn’t utilize that. That is a great amenity.
It was amazing to stay in a place like this. Whomever designed the rooms took the time to address all the problems travelers have. No tiny shower to squeeze into, but a huge shower-one of the biggest I’ve seen in any hotel. Everything was thought of. Ease of check in. Vending machine. Heated towel rack in the bathroom. Plenty of towels. We hated to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Hallo, ich möchte ein kurzes Feedback zu meinem Aufenthalt am 2. August 2025 geben. Beim Frühstück – das ich separat für 15 € gebucht hatte – wurde ich mitten im Essen und einem vertraulichen Telefonat in sehr unfreundlichem Ton zum sofortigen Verlassen aufgefordert. Zwei Mitarbeitende drohten sogar mit der Polizei, obwohl ich längst ausgecheckt war. Die Regel, dass man auch den Frühstücksraum um 11 Uhr verlassen muss, wurde mir zuvor nie mitgeteilt.
Besonders schade: Die Kollegin mit roten Haaren sowie Torge waren sehr freundlich – ihre tolle Arbeit wurde durch das Verhalten der anderen leider konterkariert. Das Zimmer und Konzept fand ich überzeugend, aber im Service sehe ich Schulungsbedarf. Für Rückfragen stehe ich gern zur Verfügung.
In Anbetracht der unangemessenen Behandlung beim Frühstück bitte ich höflich um eine anteilige Rückerstattung der 15 € Frühstückskosten. Die Leistung wurde mir unter unzumutbaren Bedingungen verwehrt. Ich hoffe auf Ihr Verständnis und eine kulante Lösung. Vielen Dank im Voraus!
