No luxury, but very good value for money, excellent location, and a hearty breakfast.

A nice hotel for short stays, especially if you do not have very high expectations and prefer a down-to-earth atmosphere.
We visited Eisenach for 3 nights to explore the city and its attractions. The hotel has a very good location in the city center: you can reach St. George's Church in 2 minutes, St. Nicholas Church and Luther House in 5 minutes, and Wartburg in 30 minutes on foot at a moderate walking pace. The Burschenschaftsdenkmal is also just a 30-minute walk away. If you are looking for shopping options, you will quickly find yourself in one of the nearby shopping districts.
The reception was very polite, and the luggage transport from the nearby parking lot was effortless.
The room featured a simple and modern design with functional furnishings. (In our 4-bed room, there was a double bed with 2 nightstands, a double bunk bed, a seating area with 2 stools, a shelf for clothing, a rod with hangers, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink.) Furthermore, the room also had a television, an air freshener, a control terminal for temperature and other settings, a large mirror, and a hairdryer.) Overall, however, it was quite cramped for four people, and there were no closets available in the strict sense to store clothes in an organized manner. Only a small shelf and several hanging hangers serve as substitutes, but they are certainly not sufficient for a family of four. The view also leaves much to be desired (from our room in the basement, we could only look out onto a backyard with the hotel parking lot), which can be forgiven given the good city center location.
The morning breakfast was also important to us. I can only recommend it, as everything is offered from rolls to various cereals, smaller pastries, and fruit. Only those who prefer an English breakfast (bacon, eggs, baked beans, etc.) will not get their money's worth, as there are only boiled eggs available. Coffee in various forms, different types of tea, and water or juice are also available in large quantities and of high quality.
However, one drawback of the breakfast room is that it is relatively small, which also applies to the buffet. Under normal occupancy, this is certainly not a problem, but especially on weekends, holidays, and during vacation times, one should expect a full dining room and a lack of seating. The same principle applies here: "First come, first served." I therefore recommend arriving earlier, as you still have a good chance of getting a seat before 8 AM.
A quick word about the kitchen staff: They always seem to be trying hard, but are usually slightly overwhelmed, which can lead to longer wait times (2-5 minutes) for a specific item.
I cannot say much about the service, but we received a very well-cleaned room when we arrived.
Finally, I would like to mention that the check-out was really uncomplicated and easy. You can simply leave the room and do not have to wait long at the reception. Additionally, you can take your time until 12 PM.
Conclusion: You get what is promised: a clean room and a good breakfast. The hotel is particularly convincing due to its good value for money, uncompromising cleanliness, and good location. Still only 4 stars, because while the breakfast was good, the staff was overwhelmed. Furthermore, the size and furnishings of the rooms leave something to be desired. I think that the hotel is best suited for single overnight stays and short visits, but is not recommended for longer trips.
A final tip: If you check in late in the afternoon or early evening, you should already know where you will have dinner (or if you check in late at night, you should have already eaten something), as the hotel does not offer dinner. Only a snack machine is available in the lobby.

Clean and well located city hotel

From the outside supposedly a small hotel. Inside then surprisingly large. Quick check in and clean single room under the roof. Everything you need for a night and good sleep quality. Unfortunately, on some surfaces still glass edges of the previous guests can be seen. More thoroughness is needed here. Otherwise recommended

Custom b and b quality

The hotel is very central and still has an acceptable price-performance ratio.
We stayed there one weekend in May when the hotel was fully booked.
We had booked the car parking space with but in truth this is not checked, ergo you also have no possibility to leave the parking lot in between because you have no guarantee to get a gap again on return. There's no barrier, no license plate control, nothing. This is not a good solution but in our case it worked.
The rooms are great, except for a few dusty spots in the bathroom, everything was clean. We have stayed at hotels in this chain several times and appreciate the reliable, very similar quality no matter where you check in.
It was very quiet in the room - our window went to the parking lot.
We didn't use the hotel's breakfast, but can highly recommend the doughmakers in the pedestrian zone.
There's an Augustinian restaurant right next door for the evening.
