The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas übersichtlich, aber von guter Qualität und im Zimmer lag auf dem Fernseher eine dünne Staubschicht. Die Zimmerreinigung findet nur alle 3 Tage statt, was meiner Meinung zu lange ist, außer man fordert es über einen QR Code, dann wird es auch zwischendurch gemacht. Das ist besonders für ältere Reisende oft ein Problem.Warum kann man das nicht bei der Rezeption in Auftrag geben? Das Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
