The boss can't listen

I would like to write something positive, but we didn't even manage to make the reservation. We wanted a specific room that had a personal meaning for us from when the hotel was still a residential building. When I described the location of the room in the building to the manager, she didn't listen to me and kept interrupting me. Then the hotel turned out to be fully booked. Shortly afterwards I got an email saying that someone had cancelled and the room was available. On the phone it turned out that it was just any room, just not the one I wanted. In a didactic tone I was told that I would never have described or said it like that. So I ended the conversation. Conclusion: If hoteliers don't listen to the wishes and ideas of customers and prefer to do the talking themselves, then the service can't be that great.

Great location and beautiful building

The Hotel has a perfect location and is located in a very nice and historic building. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast was very good as well as the size of the room. Unfortunately the pillows were not comfortable and the room could have been cleaner.

A nice manoir in a historical town

Unexpected last minute stop over made us stay at this hotel. Very well renovated 180 years old manoir just on the outskirts of the old city center with some beautiful old and traditional houses.
Friendly staff, nice big luxurious rooms and billard table and private parking facilities

Nice and clean hotel

The hotel is nice, The breakfast was good and it is in a walking distance to the old town. The rooms are large . it is in a quite area so you can enjoy your stay there.
The only problem is that they do not have parking lot.
