Wellness Hotel was 4*S deserved
We have been several times in the Burgmühle and always very satisfied. Started by the very friendly reception. With the new outdoor sauna, the wellness area has been greatly upgraded. Dinner has gotten a little better.

Switch off and enjoy- Parkhotel Burgmühle
The hotel is just great.
There's nothing missing. The rooms whether suite, single or double are fantastic.
The hotel team and owners are super friendly, attentive and responsive to all wishes and expectations. Allergies are also taken into consideration with great respect and adapted extra. The food, whether breakfast, lunch , café and cake or dinner, are just super delicious and unique.
The wellness area with outdoor and indoor pool, the large range of sauna and relaxation rooms and also the fantastic outdoor sauna by the river with fantastic views are simply awesome.

Soul place
It was super cool again – and I’m pretty sure by now that the Burgmühle is an officially Europe-wide recognised place to refuel
As soon as you arrive, this feeling sets in: You can just be here. Take a breath. Let go. And celebrate life a little bit.
I find it particularly touching that the Burgmühle is not only a beautiful place, but a place where people with really big hearts work. People who don’t just do their job, but really look – sometimes even a little further, to the soul.
Especially when you might not only have light days in your luggage, it is incredibly beneficial to experience so much warmth, dear words and attentive gestures here. You are “richly gifted” here in a very special way – not materially, but humanly. And that remains. For days. For weeks.
At all levels you can feel how much people like to work here, how much passion, attention and genuine togetherness goes into everything. The entire team conjures up an atmosphere that wears, warms and just does good ✨
A huge thank you to you: What you are setting up here is not a “normal stay”, but a lovingly composed overall experience of quality, mindfulness and genuine hospitality.
For me, the Burgmühle is a place where you are not only in good hands, but really seen. Grandiose, warm, special – and always a gift for the soul. I will definitely come back

Just BEAUTIFUL!!
We stayed at this hotel for the first time and what can you say it was a revelation. We have never been welcomed so friendly and warm. The hotel is equipped with everything your heart desires. Super delicious food, wonderful spa and fitness area.
The rooms top equipped and clean. Everything super well maintained. There are so many, at first glance maybe little things, but the stay is super pleasant. We almost didn't want to take any more trips because we felt sooooo comfortable inside the hotel.
Another big praise for the great staff!

How to explain paradise
on earth?
I'll give it a try:-)
You can find it in the castle mill. Everything is just right here.
In my eyes, pleasure, love and well-being come first.
The basics in other hotels are already excellent and included for the guest.
And yes, sometimes it's happened to me already - I don't say hello, I'm untimely, I have special requests, I'm really unfriendly and let my frustration out of here from home or I'm super impatient.
But it was always super professionally reacted,
with great goodwill and understanding.
Despite the fact that the staff, from my experience also in other hotels, fix everything super early in the morning, are there late at night, sometimes all guests come at once and are starving to death and sometimes not seeing their families for a long time.
She and you really give everything- your precious life time, your heart and all your skill.

Cleanliness
A cleanliness that is stunning. In the whole hotel, by the way. Nowhere a grain of dust, all floors gleam, the rooms look like new and polished every time. Whether it is one of the renovated or one of the lovingly furnished classic rooms in the style of the Allgäu. With so much attention to detail, wood and bright colors. The cleaning fairies also always have a lovely word on their lips and are so friendly. Full respect from my side how you manage despite this physically demanding work :-) Likewise all other employees. Each individual always gives his/her best and manages to make the guest feel welcome and at home. Home
Things to do near
The in-house huge wellness area is a dream come true and you think you are in heaven. Sparkling water in the hot tub, super clean water in the two pools (indoor and outdoor), several cozy saunas, steam rooms, the tepidarium, infrared cabins, relaxation rooms, water beds, the family sauna and so much more. How blind you can become when so many unique things are standard. Just feel good at the very highest level.

The area is unique, whether fishing with the spa park, the Iller, the Auwaldsee or the surrounding villages - there is a suitable opportunity for everyone.
Food and drinks
The food is the top hammer. In the front kitchen you will find freshly prepared, delicious egg dishes that are brought to the table, freshly squeezed orange juice, fine carrot juice, fresh fruit salad, special drinks, crispy rolls, Bircher muesli, honeycomb honey, a huge selection of high-quality jams, cucumbers, tomatoes, sausage, cheese... I may look again at all the ingenious things on offer I prefer to put it this way: Everything your heart desires and much more.
At lunchtime, there is a huge selection of salads, a delicious soup and a full hot meal over a really long period of time. Like delicious mules with sauce, oh man, I get hungry In the afternoon a selection of cakes to kneel down is then on. Juicy fruit on the cake, the best chocolates, super loose bottom of the cakes and always a highlight in taste. In the evening, after all non-alcoholic drinks are included the whole (!) Afternoon the next highlight awaits. A multi-course menu that every single evening. You can choose between vegetarian, meat and a vitality dish as the main course. High-quality wines can be selected from the lovingly designed menus and the always high-quality, super-tasty courses made from regional ingredients. Yammi. Dessert will probably come from hell after all - it is always worth a sin and a delicious seduction On arrival and departure day you can even have lunch and use the wellness area - at no extra charge.

Currently an outdoor sauna is being built. Every time I come here, there's something new-- it's incredibly awesome. New rooms, new pool - it's so much fun to come here too. I love the suites There is really always going with the times, everything is brought up to date and taken into account the wishes of the guests. Then translated into light speed. It's all always tip top in order and kept in up to date.
The caretakers have been around for over 30 years and like all other souls of people. ♀️ I was particularly touched by a cleanliness fairy who said that she really likes to stay a little longer one afternoon and dust off the loving decoration - to then be allowed to spend time with her grandchildren on another day. “My boss is so great, he makes everything possible for me.” There was a home office and flexible working hours not even considered by many companies. I was lastingly impressed during my first stay 16 years ago that every guest is allowed to sit for as long as they want after breakfast. So too. But actually much more that all employees (it is almost always the same - for so many years ❤️) are allowed to have breakfast together and also as far as I see it, get the same food as the guests. that is not the case in other hotels. Employees and guests are - thank God - absolutely equal here, not only in the eyes of the management.
Since just a new employee house is bought, that they also feel really comfortable in that point. Or tackled with when there's need on the man. Or Mrs Regardless of the “actual relationship” guest, employee and host, it is the case that we are all human beings. That we regulars have been able to celebrate the Burgmühle, its employees and ourselves for decades. I am infinitely grateful for that. So are people who even get on alone, even though they had come with their partner for years. Everyone feels very well looked after here and as part of the Burgmühlen family
It's so nice that everyone gets to do their best to leave the world a little better than they found it. You are doing an excellent job for this - and for many years
