Nice hotel, small village not far from autobahn and the Swiss border. Delicious food in the evening and a great breakfast.

Nice hotel on route to Lake Garda

Rooms neat and clean.However we find the beds very soft.The bathroom is very small door comes against toilet bowl. There are no grooming products. Also no coffee and tea facilities. Restaurant, large portions small menu ,but nice food.ivt hotel price is dining and drinks somewhat pricey..On about 800 meters to the right is wine goth FunfShilling..You can also dineren.Also there large parking place e children playground.De wine shop is open until 20:00

Nice place! Highly recommended!

Be there at their restaurant. We had Cordon bleau, butt roast and lamb skewers.
Everything was very good and well cooked.
Good beer and good wine and good desserts.
Cozy place and nice staff! Highly recommended!
Everything was to our satisfaction.

If you want to stay at a hotel that has no reception checkin, you have to speak to someone by phone, no tea/coffee/kettle or curtains, no soap in the shower, no transport to train station and takes 2 hours (but its only 8miles)to get to the centre of Basel and no employees present after 9pm then this is the hotel for you.

We weren't feeling too well and after a 7-hour drive we wanted to rest in our room, right after check in. Unfortunately, that coincided with the meat "treatment" in the kitchen, involving someone bashing the meat repeatedly. It was not pleasant and clearly not conducive to some rest. I asked the cook and waitresses if was really necessary to carry out that task right after check-in time and the chef promised they would stop. Except they didn't really, and went back to hammer the meat after a 5-min hiatus for the next 40min.
I don't recommend it.
