Great base!

Excellent location for the supermarket and tram. Easy to get to the old town and a lovely young man on the desk (sorry don’t know your name but you have Eritrean heritage).
Perfect for two nights and super affordable and clean.

Disgusting

Room absolutely filthy, bedspreads and towels dirty, hair in the bed, potato chip crumbs, bathroom full of hair; room way too hot! Hygiene really borderline. Never again!

The place is very central & close to everything. There was a used paper tissue under our cabinet which I found a bit nasty. The lights in my daughters’ room were broken.
The room is so hot like sauna, the bed is hard like rock & there was lots of noises from 10:00 PM til midnight, we couldn’t sleep well.
And on our first day, we were welcomed with some homeless alcoholic men, who were asking for beer.

It is dirty and it stinks.

There is not much to write about that. Under all criticism. First room complained about due to uncleanliness. Received a new room, just as dirty. I would prefer to run far away. When we leave the room, it smells terrible. One could simply vomit.

The place was clean, the breakfast was great, the free Wi-Fi was fast, and the staff were helpful. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and welcome. The room was spotless, and it was clear that the hotel pays close attention to cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and well maintained, and everything smelled fresh.
The breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and hot dishes. The coffee was excellent, and the staff constantly refilled the buffet so nothing was ever empty. It was a perfect way to start the day.
I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast throughout my stay. I was able to work online, stream videos, and make video calls without any problems. This made the experience even more convenient.
Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They answered all my questions, gave great local recommendations, and made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service.
