Very disappointing experience at Hotel 44.
The smell in the room was extremely bad and the room was very dirty. I honestly could not even sleep because of the odor and the uncomfortable conditions.
The cleanliness did not match the photos or expectations at all.
I would not recommend this place.

Our room was facing a cord yard to another “Hotel”. It was loud throughout the night. The bed sheets were clean, but the overall room appearance seemed run down. We booked a room for 3 adults, but only received 2 sets of towels. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The hot water cattle was burned. The remote control for the TV was missing and none other was available until the next day. We also had a big hole in the wall, and the neighborhood is somewhat sketchy. I will not choose this hotel again.

Very clean room and helpful desk staff. Only real complaint is that there wasn't a chair in the room.
