Nice little home away from home

Hotel Isha is situated next to a busy street, but the room was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. You can regulate your heating in the room . Everyone was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, fresh and with a wide variety………………..

Don't stay here!!

The experience was truly HORRIBLE. At 11.30pm I was in my room, in bed with my partner, and suddenly a man opened the door to our room, looked in and without saying anything ran away. My partner jumped out of bed, left the room but no one was there anymore. We tried calling all the hotel's helpline numbers (since there was no one at reception) but I received no response. So we decided to put a piece of furniture in front of the door to try to spend the night, but to no avail because I NEVER EVER slept due to the terror and anxiety that afflicted me.
The next morning there was no one at reception, not even to check out! So we walked around the hotel and found a cleaning lady to whom we explained what had happened. She told us that only one of the staff could open the door to our room, otherwise there was no way.
Then the hotel responded to us on Booking saying that we had the TV volume turned up high (which was false because we were watching a video on our cell phone at a normal volume), but if they had knocked I wouldn't have hesitated to lower it.
I asked the hotel for a refund for the sleepless night we spent BECAUSE OF THEIR FAULT, but we received spades.
I regret not calling the police that night since by law it is HOME BREACH.
