Wonderful hotel: perfect location, spacious rooms equipped with every comfort, high-level restaurants. Really superb
The JW Marriott Frankfurt is one of those hotels that manages to become an integral part of the journey. The location is incredible: in the heart of the financial district, surrounded by the skyscrapers that symbolize the city, yet very close to the historic center, museums, and the riverside of the Main.
As soon as you enter the room, the skyline view immediately captures your attention. The panoramic windows make the city a protagonist even from the inside, especially at sunset and in the evening when Frankfurt lights up. The room was spacious, elegant, and very quiet, with a truly comfortable king-size bed and all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay.
One of the aspects I loved the most was the wellness area: indoor pool, spa, equipped gym, and relaxation spaces perfect for unwinding after a day spent among museums, walks, and restaurants. The common areas are also well-maintained and contemporary, with an international yet welcoming atmosphere.
It is very convenient to have the GRETA OTO restaurant inside the hotel, perfect for both dinner and an evening cocktail. Professional service, strategic location, and truly high comfort: an ideal choice for experiencing Frankfurt in a contemporary and relaxed way.

We stayed at JW Marriott as a family, and everything was on point, as usual. From the service to the comfort of the rooms and the overall atmosphere, everything was top-notch. The staff were professional, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. JW Marriott continues to maintain the high standards you expect from the brand. A very comfortable and enjoyable family experience. Definitely a hotel we would happily return to and recommend.

Very nice rooms! Especially the panoramic suite! Only issue is the ac isn’t strong enough on hot days. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It was my second favorite hotel stay in Frankfurt

Easily the best hotel in downtown Frankfurt am Main
We stayed at the JW Marriott Frankfurt on June 20th during the heat wave in Europe. At the time the hotel seemed to be having some staffing issues so cleaning of the rooms was delayed and the check in line was quite lengthy. The staff who were there were very professional and kind. They accomodated us with drinks and snacks in the downstairs lounge while we waited for our room to be ready and they also upgraded our room (my husband who I was traveling with is a BonVoy Elite member) to a suite.
The room had amazing floor to ceiling views, adequate air conditioning, a lovely bathtub, separate shower and toilet area and a lovely lounge area with a couch and chair. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was quiet so we slept well.
In the morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the upstairs restaurant. Given it was Sunday champagne was included and just about anything you could imagine to eat for breakfast - fresh bread, eggs, quiche, jams, waffles, sausages, salads, fruits, etc.
The location of the hotel is excellent - a short walk from the Römer Dom area where we had a nice traditional German dinner. You can also walk to the U-Bahn/S-Bahn station "Hauptwache" - I would recommend ditching the car if possible and just taking the train. There are connections to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) every few minutes and to the airport as well (FRA) around every 10 to 15 minutes. If you have more time - check out the Alte Opera or walk down to the Rhine and hop on a river cruise!

Very good hotel with great staff!
I travel to hotels very often.
I have never had such a friendly and communicative check-in.
The hotel is very well located and offers a great view. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and welcoming.
The breakfast leaves absolutely nothing to be desired.
