Not a pleasant experience, room not cosy & cool. ....
However, the air conditioning was very insufficient and hence the room was not getting cooled. The temperature of Frankfurt on that day was 39 deg. Celsius. The Table fan was demanded but the hotel just didn't provide the fan on both the days and gave sundry reasons. Also, a skin cream/moisturizer was also not supplied even after demanding it. Showing a very bad house keeping.
The staff was either not able to understand English or were apethatic towards the customers say.
The hotel looking to summer season and the temperature shall keep enough table fans and shall provide on demand.
In general, I won't recommend the Hotel stay, atleast in summer season, for the tourist, who wants a cosy & cool room.

To start with the positives, the reception staff were friendly. However, there seems to be a severe lack of internal communication. I requested a late checkout during check-in and was told it was perfectly fine. Yet, the next day, the staff on duty had absolutely no record of this agreement, forcing me to explain everything all over again. On a brighter note, the staff at the bar were actually very friendly and pleasant.
However, the service at the hall restaurant was a completely different story and highly frustrating. The staff there were quite unfriendly, and we had to wait an incredibly long time just to be served. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn't even busy—it simply felt like they didn't want to work.
Breakfast wasn't much better. The older female staff member responsible for making the scrambled eggs was highly unprofessional. Her annoyance was written all over her face, and she treated guests as if they were a major inconvenience.
Overall, for a hotel of this scale and reputation in Frankfurt, it is difficult to justify the price given the poor level of service. I would highly recommend staying at a nearby Marriott property or other better alternatives. You will likely get much better service, and honestly, it might even be cheaper.
