Perfect!
We had an excellent weekend at the NH Collection Frankfurt Spin Tower. Everything was perfect, from check-in to departure. A huge thank you to the whole team for their professionalism, their kindness, and the little touches that made our stay even more special. We truly felt welcome.
The room was magnificent with a breathtaking view, very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is ideally located. Thanks to you, we created some very beautiful memories.

10/10 hotel with an awesome view
Hotel very nice and also near the main train station. The people at the front desk are also always decent and accommodating. If you are there before check-in, you can also store luggage, so everything is very great. Always happy to return

Unfortunately had a bad experience waiting for 1+ hours for our room. We have 1 years old baby and got zero information about the timeline

The reception staff were horrifically unwelcoming, impolite, and generally disagreeable. The lobby had a very strong smell of sewage and damp. Just awful all around.
