The property was fine but disappointed
The property was fine but disappointed. As per the blu standard it didn't felt like. I was surprised with the behaviour.

Very nice hotel in Frankfurt
I have booked this hotel for the second time and was very satisfied again.
Staff very friendly, very clean pool, and the sauna is also very nice.
You are 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop and 10 minutes from downtown.
The room is also very clean.
The only downside was that the refrigerator in the room was not working.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Frankfurt Stay
I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Frankfurt for a business trip and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel is well suited for business travelers, offering a clean, modern, and high-quality environment. The rooms were exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of high-quality options.
The only downside to my stay was an interaction in the breakfast area with one staff member (a bald, bearded gentleman whose name I did not catch). Unfortunately, his behavior did not reflect the otherwise high service standards of the hotel. He spoke in a somewhat rude and overly familiar manner, repeatedly addressing me as “my friend” in an uncomfortable tone. Additionally, despite the restaurant being empty, he insisted on seating me at a specific table, which was not clean.
Aside from this isolated incident, everything else about the hotel was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Radisson Blu Frankfurt, especially for business trips.
