If you want to stay around Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof like you live.
Word of mouth is not good on Google and TripAdvisor.
What if the entrance and room access codes are disabled until the stay is completed? There were concerns such as this, but the result was no problem.
It is true that the cleaning of the room and the washing of dishes are slightly lax, and although it is a matter of preference, there are problems such as the mattress is soft, and I don't know how to turn off the light.
The rooms are spacious enough for one person, and the tableware, cutlery and cooking tools are available. There is a dishwasher, but there is also detergent and sponge, so I washed by hand.
The location is less than a 10-minute walk from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, and the ground floor contains a Chinese restaurant and the building also has the name of the apartment, so it is easy to understand. The only shops that look like shops are Asian mini supermarkets.
It's hard to say that the area around Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof is safe, but the area around the hotel is better.
Overall, it's an option.

Worse place I’ve stayed in 25 years.
Firstly the good points:
- Good location and felt like a safe area walking around at night. No dodgy characters walking around inside or outside the building. In fact met lots of decent people.
- Was a 4 min walk from Frankfurt Main Train Station and a 20 min walk to the exhibition centre.
- The kitchenette was pretty much brand new and the fridge and utensils etc were all clean and to a good standard although didn’t use any of it.
- The bedding was clean.
- No issues with getting the codes for the access and room (we got ours emailed by mid morning on day of arrival)
- There was an ironing board, iron and hair dryer in the room.
Bad Points
- The smell of Chinese! I was on floor 5 and although the room didn’t smell too bad it still smelt but when I went in the bathroom which had the extractor fan on the smell really hit me. Had to hold my breath when using the bathroom.
- The room was tiled white floors and it’s cold especially in the winter months. It made the room feel cold and there were so many ground in dirt marks and looked like it needed a good chemical and steam clean. I wore my socks the entire time and laid out the spare towels into the room when I got out the shower.
- The heating didn’t work just blew air out.
- There are no room key cards. You enter via a code on a keypad outside the room. When you are inside the room there is no way to lock the door not even a chain to pull across and with some of the reviewers on here citing random people entering there room whilst they were asleep I ended up putting a chair in front of the door at night just in case and made me sleep with one eye open.
- The room was tatty. The decor and fixtures and fittings were awful, nothing like the photos. There had been repairs in the walls with filler that had just been left unpainted, the bathroom needed a complete overhaul and just felt dirty.
- The bed frame was this horrible yellow fake leather and it was in need of replacement with clear signs of wear and tear. The mattress was so creaky and I did not dare to lift the sheet off to see the condition of it. The bed was also like a small double which was okay for me but doubt it would be good for two adults.
- The wardrobe smelt badly so i didn’t use it.
- The corridors are painted in a really dark purple and it just felt creepy and more like a hostel from the 1970’s.
This is clearly a 2* apartment complex. I felt like I was back at dodgy university halls of residences back in the 80’s. They need to improve security for people in the rooms by putting on a lock bolt in the inside as a minimum. They need to either get rid of that Chinese restaurant at the bottom of the building or get them to sort the extraction out as it’s really impacting the apartments.
Personally I would change the entire colour scheme to be warm and welcoming, put in carpets rather than tiles and give the rooms a complete make over and stop marketing apartments l that look fresh and inviting as you are scamming people into booking something they are not getting.
I don’t mind basic but it needs to be completely clean, secure and not smell like I’m staying in a Chinese restaurant. I do not recommend staying here.
Lastly, my work colleague who was on the first floor had a condom wrapped around the smoke detector (obviously by a previous stayer) and had to email a photo to the management so they would come and remove it.

Very bad!!! Finger weg!
I've had a terrible experience with vision apartments. Unfortunately, a real disappointment. The price is of course tempting but everything else is bad. Location, service, cleanliness - absolute rip-off.
I would never book again.

Never again!
Despite booking and loss of 245€ plus 60€ underground parking we did not do that to descend.
Unfortunately, we have not viewed the reviews before.
It was a lesson!
