Good experience with family

Clean and modern hotel, helpful staff, quiet neighborhood. Not much happening in the neighborhood but a tram runs in front of the hotel. Stayed at the hotel due to access to the black mountains.

Good location, no free parking.

Small family studio, we were 4 but there were only 3 chairs and the table was very small. We had to have dinner in shifts.
Renovated, very clean, and well-equipped.
The pillows are very thin and they leave the comforters for you to put on yourself.
The air conditioning works very well and is adjustable.
Tram directly to the center and a supermarket that opens until 10:00 PM right across the street, very convenient.
Restaurants are also around, very quiet area.
Parking is 18 euros per day and you have to request it in the morning or there will likely be no space. The street has metered parking until 7:00 PM, a full day is 9 euros. A bit difficult to park but with a couple of turns we always managed to find a spot very close.

Mixed experience.

We were here in May while passing through from Italy to France for a few days.
The hotel is well located; it is more or less quiet, has tram access, and a garage can be booked additionally.
The room has a pleasant size.
The staff was friendly.
The garage is, in my opinion, expensive.
What was terrible was the cleanliness; I have rarely seen such a dusty room. Dust bunnies everywhere. The walls where the bed was located were splattered with what was presumably coffee. Beer? I cannot say.
I am glad that we were only there for 2 nights; staying longer would have been really critical.
Actually, I know adagio with a well-equipped kitchen, etc. Here, we were told to wash everything by hand; I would not be surprised if, during guest changes, it is not run through a central dishwasher and left as it is. If I were the management, I would consider whether the cleaning staff is doing a good job.

There is no coffee or water available. Room is so small. They did not clean a room and changing towers.

Too bad, unfortunately not good!

We arrived just before Christmas. Three of them had a room. Basically, everything started quite well, everything looked quite good. But then it didn't turn out as great as initially thought. Refrigerator in the room had a defect and was totally noisy. So first turn it down so the compressor doesn't keep running. Drainage of the shower became clogged, which after returning from an activity late in the evening caused parts of the bath to be underwater. I then cleared the drain in a temporary way so that you could shower on three stages. But I wonder why the cleaners hadn't noticed that, because when the drain was exposed, things came to light that hadn't been in there for two days. Breakfast in the morning was... well. There were buns, among others, which were not so great. I had asked for an invoice on departure, they wanted to send it to me. I followed up by email 5 times and didn't get any. I have been granted a small discount for the misery, which is not in keeping with the customs of such a misguided stay. I pointed this out, but no further inquiries were answered and I have been ghosted ever since. Customer service is different. I am used to better customer service from houses in the Accor Group. It's a pity because the basic conditions for a good stay in this hotel are actually met, both in terms of the reception staff and the modern ambience.
