Gutes Haus

Ich war anläßlich einer Feier im Restaurant eingeladen.Die Bedienung war sehr flott und sehr freundlich.Der wein war ausgezeichnet.Obwohl wir verschiedene Menues bestellt hatten ging es relativ schnell.Die verschiedenen Menues waren sehr schön angerichtet und auch vom Geschmack sehr gut.

Worth considering

A small hotel with an adjacent restaurant that only opens from Thursdays to Sundays. Still, we enjoyed it. Not many thrills, the room (that we had) was rather small but clean and adequate. The breakfast was typical German, so don't expect bacon and eggs, but it was ample and quite tasty. We did have an evening in the restaurant, which was very pleasant and the food was well presented and enjoyable. Because of the exceptional heat, we ate in the garden and there was no hurry in moving us on, even though the evening became rather late. This is a 3-star hotel and yes, it could be better, but then we were on holidays and it did not matter. Everyone was rather friendly and a during morning rush hour- busy road was not really a problem. I would recommend this place, even though the price was slightly higher than expected--but then this is a well visited holiday region

The most terrible experience for quite some time

I stayed in the hotel for a business trip for a few days. What a horrible experience it was!
Pros:
- cheap ...
Cons:
- very, very small room
- all windows facing street which made them very noisy for the whole night
- very poor ventilation in a room
- acustic insulation between rooms so bad that you could easily hear what people in other rooms around talked about
- the only window in a room was broken and could not open for more than 1cm
- breakfest starting at 08:30 (?!)
- last but not least: bad length only 190cm which is it too small for many people ....

Gästehaus - meistens ohne Restaurant

Drei Sterne wurden angezeigt, dazu wird es genannt "Hotel und Restaurant". Doch vor Ort erfuhren wir, dass die "Weinstube", also das Restaurant, nur Sonnabends bis Sonntag geöffnet ist. Übrigens: im ganzen Ort ist es schwierig gewesen, im November eine Restauration zu finden, die geöffnet hat. Dort konzentrieren sich wohl alle nur auf ein Wochenende.
