Our 2nd time staying here. Super close to airport, plus walking distance to the old town for dinner

STYLIANOS
We only stayed for some hours .The concierge were very polite to us , the rooms not bad ,breakfast good enough .
We arrived at the hotel around 9 o'clock at night and there was no where to have a drink and a smoke.There was some people already sitting on an outside terrace and we wanted to sit there as well for a drink. They told us that the neighbors complain of the noise and we should move inside.First of all there were no neighbors really close by and secondly we would NOT disturb anybody having a drink and a smoke for half an hour.BUT there was a guy named Stylianos at the bar who was rude, arrogant ,impolite, disrespect, and ill-mannered person who told us with the most unrespectfull way to leave.
He even switched off the lights.
We did and after I said to him that he didn't respect us he said "what do you want, to start a fight now or make it a political issue ??"and he continued saying that he is not get paid the
to "calm down the nervous customers"!!!!!!!

Very average
Not great.
Rooms are weathered. Mattresses were well overdue for renewal.
AC barely worked.
Also, the hotel was 20 mins away from the airport). It has no free shuttle service. I had to take a 40 euro taxi.

Shuttle does not operate all day long.
You indicate in another review that yiur shuttle runs every hour but that is not quite accurate. We get in from Rome at 2pm and there is no shuttle running and we have to hire a taxi to get to the hotel or so we have been advised by your hotel.

Our shuttle service is available 24 hours a day; however, it does need to be booked in advance and is not continuously waiting at the airport. If you've already arrived at the airport and would prefer not to wait for the next scheduled shuttle, taking a taxi is the fastest way to reach the hotel. That's why our front desk team recommended this option.

Far away from airport and transit
This hotel isn’t at the airport. It’s a 40€ taxi ride or an hourly shuttle ride away. It’s also not very close to transit if you want to explore Munich at all. I would have expected the ‘airport’ hotel to either be at the airport or have a frequently running shuttle that’s less than 20 min drive. If this was just ‘The Freising Marriot’ it wouldn’t have these expectations
