Really nice pre or post flight

This was a big modern hotel a short taxi ride from the airport (for which they will not thank you and from four such trips over a few days each will drive like an F1 driver on drugs)
First impression was a nice open entrance area with outdoor seating to the right for the restaurant
An expansive lobby then awaits with seating, grab and go and toward the back the check in desks
Check in was quick and easy, arriving late evening in the middle of a heatwave it was good to get to the room and in the shower
Got a few items from the grab and go which had a reasonable assortment, was quick self check out, and was keenly priced
Room was quirky and lent towards modern twists on classics, like the cabinetry and the quirky bathroom doors
Bed was comfy and toward the firm and supportive side which I love
Range of lighting options ranging from pink neon to the more conventional
Ac was far from cold or cooling, was at the height of a heatwave so maybe it was struggling
Slept well bar being too warm, and breakfast awaited downstairs in the large restaurant off the lobby
It was a great assortment over a couple of stations, including hot options like bacon, egg and sausage , through to cold meats, breads and pastry. All very delicious.
Overall a good stay in a nice hotel which I would recommend if you need to be near the airport

Dear Tim,
Thank you for the fantastic review and for taking the time to describe your stay in such detail. We are delighted that our hotel worked well for you as a pre- or post-flight stop and that you enjoyed the modern design, spacious lobby, comfortable bed and the little touches throughout the room.
It is great to hear that our Grab & Go selection, quick check-in and self check-out also made things convenient during your stay. And we are especially pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast selection – from the hot breakfast favourites to the breads, pastries and cold options.
Your comment about the taxi rides certainly made us smile! We hope that, despite the rather enthusiastic driving style, you arrived safely each time.
On a more serious note, we are sorry that the air conditioning did not provide the cooling you needed during the heatwave. We understand how uncomfortable a warm room can be, especially after travelling, and we will certainly keep your feedback in mind when looking at this area.
Thank you again for recommending us. We hope to welcome you back on your next trip through Munich Airport – hopefully with a cooler room and a slightly less “Formula 1” taxi ride!

Hotel was good - but there was a load of popcorn under the bed (guessing from previous guests).
Let reception know but nothing was done about it.
Everything else was perfectly fine.
