Beautiful hotel

Lovely pool and spa with a quiet sunbathing area, the rooms are very well cleaned and nice and spacious. The staff is super friendly and they also speak English!

Again and again

Great owner and nice clean room but the highlight was of course the Beautiful wellness complex with beautiful views of the park.

Relaxing and calm

Everyone from the staff is friendly and caring. The spa area has been calm and relaxing. The offered breakfast has been high quality and even a glutenfree option was available. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all a perfect stay

A comfortable hotel with minor drawbacks

Immediately after moving into room number 301, we searched in vain for a wardrobe and the safe that was supposed to be in it. At reception we were then informed that there was no wardrobe in this room and that the problem and complaints about it were known. And nothing would be stolen!
We would certainly have been happy about a small concession to our complaints. The hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't offer us another room.
We couldn't use the interior blinds for darkening the room either, because they simply weren't there either!
The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean.
The spa area is nice and clean.
The breakfast was good and sufficient.
I would also like to point out that we reserved with a Tripz.de hotel voucher, 2 months in advance. It was certainly not the last room they had available at that time. Our guess: this room is exclusively for hotel voucher redeemers. You just have to make compromises.

Not optimal

The hotel is located a bit off the beaten track and the restaurant is permanently closed. So you have to drive a car to go to dinner in the evening. In our room 301 wasin the bathroom no heating, no shower partition and the toilet pot hangs extremely high.
We went to shower in the wellness area which is very nice. Also the swimming pool is great. The breakfast was good and the place very clean.
