Luxury hotel, photos coming

4-star luxury hotel. With a private brewery, steam bath, sauna and foot spa, located completely in the centrium with its own p-place. Good breakfast. We tried a board of 4 different beers and agreed that Maiboch was the best. Bathrobes in the room for your visit to the steam bath, sauna and foot spa.

Disappointing stay - not worth 4 stars.

We were looking forward to a nice weekend in a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, we were massively disappointed. The hotel does not meet this standard in any way. The rooms and the furniture are extremely old, worn out, and used. Moreover, the tiles on the terrace were broken - this is not only unsightly but simply careless. The service was also maximally average.
The only positive aspect was the location: The panoramic view from the terrace of the Zugspitze was really great. However, that was unfortunately the only thing that was good. For us, the price-performance ratio does not match at all here. No recommendation.

Spacious and comfortable family room

We returned to this hotel because we liked the previous experience, the family room is very comfortable, quite spacious, has two separate rooms (a little weird the shape of the rooms but you appreciate the space) also had a living room and a large balcony. The hotel has a lively atmosphere and the restaurant food is very rich. Parking is for a fee but they did not charge for my pet's accommodation.

Holidays in the Garmischer Hof

After two years we were finally back in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and spent another week at the Hotel Garmischer Hof – just like in 2023. Even the warm welcome at check-in is particularly worth mentioning.
To our great delight, we received an upgrade to a really great room. Insiders will know what I’m talking about when I say “101”: a spacious room with a balcony and stunning mountain views, as well as a freestanding bathtub. We loved it immediately!
The hotel impresses with its perfect location in the centre, the friendly service, the pleasant handling tone and the high-quality organic products. The breakfast buffet is adequate and offers everything your heart desires, although we remember it was a little more lush in 2023. We would particularly like to highlight the friendly lady who coordinates the breakfast service – her charming manner brought a smile to our faces every morning.
The sauna area is also a real highlight that we have used daily.
A special thanks goes to Theresia and Martin: The casual, cheerful conversations with you were a daily highlight. And last but not least, a big thank you to Simone, who loosened our painful backs in the spa with her massage and made sure of a perfect conclusion to our trip.
We will definitely come back.

Bio Hotel Garmischer Hof is Wunderbar!

We stayed there for two nights. Our experience was excellent. Service, Restaurant and Staff were very nice and helpful. My daughter has several allergies. I let them know ahead of time and they took very good care of her. They brew their own beer what was very good. Also the Breakfast and Dinner we had there was all Organic and tasty. I had a full body massage what was very relaxing. Overall we had a great experience and will be back.
