Nice area and people.

We stayed here for the last half of our vacation. This was my wife’s first time in Germany and I wanted her to experience Bavaria as it should be.
We were greeted very enthusiastically by the lady at the desk. After giving us the room key, she made sure we knew how to use the elevator and get to our room.
The room was very nice. I booked a double room. It had a balcony that overlooked the train station and bus stops. We had a great view of the mountains.
As far as dining goes, breakfast is included. The kitchen also serves awesome food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served seven days a week. The restaurant is closed otherwise on Sunday and Monday for anything else.
There is plenty of shopping close by.
The entire staff was awesome. From the people at the front desk to the kitchen and those that kept our room immaculate.
There is also free parking in the area. We left our car in the DB lot. That cost 28 euros for four days. I was glad to pay it. I could have probably not paid and been fine. I just felt it was the right thing to do.

Noisy hotel

Noise and in front of the station, no air conditioning , people screaming until 3:00 in the morning downstairs from the hotel.
Old rooms and bathroom from another era.
We didn't eat at the hotel.
Too bad because the city is nice

Nice hotel

Overall, it's not the most modern hotel, but I thought the decor was great and stylish. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The only negative thing I found was the bathroom, which was much too small - the door was right next to the toilet. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about - everything was clean and the staff were friendly. Great!

Nice hotel that is a bit old

The hotel room was large and spacious, the bathroom was small and nice.
If you want to get fit, you can let off steam in the small, cramped fitness area.
The elevator rattles like in a horror film, but it gets you to your destination.
The breakfast room is nice and big and there is a good continental breakfast.
There is an old garage at the back where you can store your bikes.
The city center is only about 10 minutes from the hotel.

Nice hotel, but under staffed. great location.

Very dated hotel, but clean. Could do with air conditioning for the summer months. Breakfast just OK, there never seemed to be hot food out. The biggest problem with this hotel is they are understaffed. Staff seemed to be always busy elsewhere, covering reception, whilst also in charge of breakfast, staff were lovely just overworked. Location is excellent, and as I say rooms very clean. We requested a fridge for our room, and it was brought up straight away. so no complaints, just feel sorry for the staff.....
