Wunderbar Platze !!!!

I spent a nice time in this place !!! It#s wonderfull !!! Behind the pension is a mini-market shop where you can buy what you need: food, drink and more.From here you can take from a small train station to Munich (where you can visit the art museum) and or Salzburg (the city of Mozart :))

Cosy and nice

Highly recommended, great atmosphere, very friendly staff, especially the lady of the house and a nice location. Not a chaotic 'party' hostel, but you'll definitely have a good time here. Geno seems to attract a nice collection of travelers, always someone to have a couple of beers and interesting conversation with. Rooms are with AC and wifi, but since you are near the little town Landshut you definitely won't spend much time in the room except to sleep, as there is so much to see and enjoy. Staff is extremely knowledgeable re: local knowledge of what to do in the city and very helpful with making onward travel plans.Definitely staying at Geno next time I'm in the city.

short stay

we stayed for 1 night on way though. Hotel was ok, what you would expect. The 8+ score on booking.com was a bit overrated in my opion. we payed 70e a night a bit much for such kind of a hotel. the front entrance is not nice. A big parking place. Break fast was ok but lacka fresh orange juice. My doughter would have liked some other bread.

Down an alleyway!

Yes, its down an alleyway and situated over a small supermarket, but do not despair, its wonderful. Looks brand new but its nine years old and immaculate. There has not been any penny pinching in developing this business. I have stayed in all types of hotel accommodation in Germany and Austria and this is as good as it gets. The lady owner is on top of the game and you just have to stay there, its that good. Just opposite the alleyway, on the main road, is a great restaurant so all in all your in heaven. Its a great base for Munich airport too and also to visit the lovely old town of Landshut just a few miles away. Slight downside, you have to telephone the owner to come and let you in but she was there in a couple of minutes. It was about £60 for one night, with a lovely breakfast for two of us. I stay in lots of B&B accommodation in the UK and there is absolutely no comparrison, UK loses every time.
