Nice stay in Gera

Nice stay in Gera. I was in Gera for 2 nights and decided on this hotel. Very nice girls at the front desk. It was also quiet and yet close to the city center. My room was clean and tidy. Would definitely come back.

The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Kiara in particular, she works the front desk, is a pure delight and she herself would be the reason I would visit again.

Pleasant city hotel with very nice staff

Well accommodated here as part of the Christmas market visit. The transport connection to the city center is very good. The tram stops virtually outside the door - three stops and you are at your destination.
The rooms very clean...somewhat stale. Breakfast was adequate and good. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely polite, courteous and nice. The integrated Gastätte rubber boots highly recommended. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was a pleasant stay and we wish many guests in the future.

necessarily inquire beforehand if there is not a group with evening event in the house

Unfortunately, it was forgotten to inform guests that a group was in the hotel with an evening event - unbearably loud music in the courtyard until 1:30 a.m. - no chance of even a 1 minute sleep!
For 3 nights did not 1 cleaning - but the room would have had this actually already on arrival these needed. Very poritive: the friendly staff at breakfast - but 100****

Incredibly dirty

What used to be really good now incredibly dirty how can that be. It's a pity it dismantled like that. No way out of the question.
