Parking for my long wheel base sprinter van was easy had a new room which was excellent the staff I interacted with on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful only reason wasn’t 5 stars across the board is due to an ongoing refit but they have done there absolute best to minimise it effect on your stay

High expectations were not met, quite the opposite.

We stayed here because there is a trade fair in Düsseldorf and there were no rooms available until Gladbeck. The hotel is a construction site; even renovated rooms have sagging beds, and the windows are from the year of construction, not renovated and drafty. The path to the room leads over dilapidated walkways. The restaurant is outrageous. The food is overpriced and of poor quality. Seriously, fried potatoes are not just two potatoes sliced and briefly thrown in the pan without oil, onions, and bacon. And the schnitzel shines because of the deep fryer, not because it was fried in butter. Incredible. Breakfast was completely chaotic and there was far too little space for too many guests. Never again!

Nice hotel, good location , 100% Recommendation

The first thing you notice on arrival is the large parking lot , the hotel is located right near the A2 motorway, but is very quiet . Thanks to the offered online check-in, all formalities were completed quickly. Very friendly welcome . The Zi 206 was very generously equipped , Large TV, Nespresso machine , Kettle fridge Very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Free WiFi. Breakfast in the morning I liked very much , very ample selection , good coffee with `WMF machine .On departure from the friendly reception still received a water. I can fully recommend the hotel.

I made a reservation 3 weeks ago and all was confirmed but when i arrived late that evening they told me thay had some issues with system - yea right!!!
