MEGA vacation for families with children for a small price

We were at Legoland Billund in 2016, back then with friends and without our own children, and wanted to treat our children to this experience now, but the trip to Denmark was simply too far for us for a one-week vacation, so a stay at Legoland Germany was the obvious alternative for us.
Since we like to camp, the campsite, plus 2 days of admission, for a very small price, was the best option for us to spend our vacation.
The campsite met or exceeded our expectations in every respect. This is a very rare exception in Germany and we personally liked it very much. The service staff at the sanitary facilities was always on-site and always friendly, polite, helpful, and unobtrusive, as well as always ready for a bit of fun or a joke with the children. When there were problems, the staff always reacted immediately, even if they were already on their way home after work.
The playgrounds in the holiday village were extensively tested, played on, and found to be very good by our children. It was also a very good place for the children to make new friends.
The short path to the park through the forest was well-developed and very lovingly decorated.
The stay far exceeded our expectations and can only be warmly recommended for families with children.
We would repeat this vacation at any time. We parents hadn't had this much relaxation in 6 days for a long time and the children had rarely had so much fun. Due to the child-friendly design of the park, they could move around freely without us parents having to constantly watch them; furthermore, we had the feeling that the children were also more relaxed because they were allowed to be children in an unconstrained way and there were no dirty looks from others if they were a bit loud at times. We liked the themed areas in the park, as well as in the holiday village, very much and they were definitely worth more than one exploration tour. We searched for, found, and marveled at the lovingly designed giant minifigures in all areas.
The only suggestion for improvement from our side for the park would be:
There should be more locations for the refill cups. On very warm days, like during our stay (35°C-40°C), the waiting times and the distances were sometimes very strenuous and long and had sometimes taken on exhausting proportions. Three stations are too few for this rush that we encountered. The offer was, however, very good and we would very much welcome an expansion.

Great holiday village with a slight Canada feeling (Waldabenteuer Lodge)

We really liked the flair. There is something to discover everywhere and the way to Legoland was already a little adventure for the children.

Great experience

Great accommodation with tons of activities for kids. One could easily spend the entire day just in the holiday village area. The rooms are beautifully styled for the kids and the staff is super friendly, attentive and accommodative. The walking distance to the park is also a huge plus whether in the morning or when returning. I can recommend staying atleast one night.

Legoland is also really very fun for all ages 3-15

Top campsite, but really only for camper or caravan because with tent there is no herring in the stone ground to get in.
Very clean plumbing
Fun playgrounds, climbing park and golf on site
10 min walk to Legoland!
Minus no shop on site but at 4 km pas eem supermarket.
