Great value, some service issues.
The room was great. Clean and fresh, albeit with a balcony that let in a bit too much noise and smoke from the neighbours next door creeping in. The service was for the most part amazing, especially during breakfast and checkout. The staff during check-in at evening on 16 August left a lot to be desired however. Several people were standing waiting to get help from the front desk, and there was no one there for 15 minutes. When the lady finally showed up she seemed very annoyed with us that we needed her help. We couldn’t get the automatic check-in to work despite triple checking our booking number but she refused to accept this and said that we should’ve used the screen instead of bothering her. When asked about parking she couldn’t fathom that we wouldn’t just park outside on the street (where there were no spots available) and gave us a regular parking spot despite us explicitly asking for a charging spot. While everything was great other than this, this initial response from the staff left a bad taste in our mouthes.

At the same time, we are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience during your arrival on the evening of August 16th. **This is certainly not the level of service we expect from our team.** Having to wait at reception for an extended period and then feeling that your request for assistance was unwelcome is understandably frustrating, especially after travelling.
Our digital check-in is normally designed to make arrival quick and convenient. However, if it does not work for a guest, our reception team should of course assist without hesitation. We are also sorry that your request for a charging parking space was not handled appropriately. Your comments have been shared internally so that we can review what happened and ensure that guests receive the assistance and courtesy they should expect from us.
Regarding the balcony, we are sorry that you were disturbed by noise and cigarette smoke from neighbouring guests. Smoking is generally prohibited inside the hotel, while smoking on balconies is permitted subject to consideration for other guests. We will nevertheless review this point internally, as smoke should not unnecessarily affect neighbouring rooms.
We truly appreciate that, despite this unfortunate experience at check-in, you still recognised the cleanliness of the room and the positive service you received during breakfast and checkout. The hotel was clean, staff was helpful.. Check in was good. However, it was on a busy roundabout with hundreds of trucks daily. As someone from North America relying on air conditioning, the room was dreadfully hot. As one could not always keep the windows open because of street traffic it made for unpleasant sleeping. We were there for 6 nights. If coming in the summer, Hamburg is getting hotter. Pick a place with AC if you are used to it. I know many Europeans did not mind as our hotel was full of them..

Despicable
Despicable. I left in emergency and i left a suit in the wardrobe. After a week still they refuse even to report if they found it. Obviously It Will never be found

Decent solution
Their pibto strength is undoubtedly breakfast, well stocked and with all the first necessities, staying in a quadruple room since we were 2 adults and and 2 children the room is a little small but fine for short periods, high prices cmq , near the structure passes the bus 530 and 12 that takes you to the central part of Hamburg.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, which can be quite noisy early in the morning, but public transport stops are very close by.
It was fine for one night. The room was quite spacious, unlike the shower cabin, which was rather small.
The ventilation in the room felt a bit strange - in the morning there was a strong smell of fried food. The soundproofing was also not very good. Additionally, the reception staff came across as somewhat rude.
