Great hotel, outstanding location

Great hotel on the Reeperbahn, but still a bit away from the biggest hustle and bustle, right at the subway station and near the harbor. Good beds, clean, large rooms, rich breakfast at a fair price.

very bad

The hotel is getting worse and worse. Services are being gradually eliminated. No more minibar, no refrigerator. Air conditioning does not cool properly. Left a hoodie hanging in the closet upon departure, two hours later it could no longer be found. Too bad - it used to be a nice hotel in HH, not anymore.

Pleasant stay, even if brief.

Nice hotel in a great location for leisure time. Very beautiful and clean room.
The breakfast was good and very varied, but it could be better.

Weekend Hamburg

They still have a lot to learn about hospitality here. Lady was very unfriendly and. Irish helpful. Price quality out of proportion . Mail in which I had asked for something was never answered. Impersonal. Location was fine

Excellent

Great locator.The room was a good size . The bed was very comfortable The shower was one of best. The toiletries were very good. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very professional and friendly.
