Tolle Lokation für Familienfeiern
Wir haben in der Alster Au einen 50. Geburtstag mit 100 Gästen gefeiert. Der Raum ist klasse, das Essen war super, und der Service hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir wurden im Vorfeld gut beraten, und der Ablauf der Feier mit Taktung von Suppe, Buffet, Nachtisch und Kuchenbuffet mit den zwischenzeitlichen Beiträgen von Gästen klappte wie am Schnürchen.

Dear team and especially Mrs. Kroeger,
Unfortunately, we have to say in retrospect that our wedding in your location did not meet our expectations and became one of the most disappointing events for us. Planning such a special day always carries high expectations and we regret that in many respects these have not been fulfilled.
As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the name on the welcome sign was wrong – an awkward start that was complemented by several grievances during the evening. The decoration also did not comply with the contractual agreements, which affected the entire festive setting. It was particularly disappointing that the midnight snack was not announced as agreed and therefore could not be noticed by many guests.
The most serious, however, was the handling of our criticism by the owner, Mrs Kroeger. Instead of responding professionally and constructively to our concerns, we were confronted with unfriendly and condescending responses. In our view, such treatment is completely inappropriate and unprofessional in the service industry.
To top it all off, we were charged an excessive sum of 145€ after the event for a glass that was verifiably not damaged by us. Such additional costs without comprehensible justification leave a bitter aftertaste.
It is really unfortunate that our wedding day was overshadowed by these negative experiences. We hope that future couples can have a better experience and that our feedback will serve as an impetus for you to reconsider such grievances.

Nice location
Extremely friendly staff who attended to my every request impeccably.
The rooms are spotless and the rooms are cared for down to the smallest detail.
I rested very well on really comfortable mattresses.
One flaw: the breakfast, sparse and not exactly cheap.

Gute Idee, enttäuschende Umsetzung.
Vegetarische Variante total einfallslos. Sehr viel Plastikverpackungen.
Moderne Küche und Nachhaltigkeit scheint hier zumindest noch nicht angekommen zu sein. Schade.

Gut:Service Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Köche haben ganze Arbeit geleistet das Essen war köstlich und liebevoll angerichtet.
