1 night in Hamburg

We had a quick stay in Hamburg, while driving to Holland.
Nice old hotel with good parking option outside. Just remember to buy a whole day When parking, it is cheaper.

Rip-off! Misleading!

In our case, the pictures online had nothing to do with reality. We paid €239 per night for a supposedly superior room on the ground floor, which was dirty, run down and just plain awful. After we complained several times, we were allowed to move to a standard room. The money for the "superior" room was still kept.
The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right.

Truly horrible. I arrived with my elderly parents (who arrived after a long trip from the US...), only a guard to check us in and the room they gave us was up a narrow staircase at the end of a dark hallway, with the bathroom at the BOTTOM of the stairs. We asked if they had another room, but the guard had zero idea. We left immediately, as we weren't informed that a room up a staircase would be possible. Spoke with them the next day, and were refused a refund, as they claimed we didn't inform them that my parents were handicapped (they're NOT). Stay away.

Far from what promised!

Not clean - dust and old rags
Room half the size of what shown in pictures
“The answer is no” for reasonable requests

Terrible

Terrible, could hear every noise in the room next door, even their extra romantic activities …would not recommend if you want a good nights sleep The food in the restaurant was great! The reception staff were friendly.
