Great rooms and Clean the staff very friendly
I spent a total of two nights at this hotel and was very pleased. The hotel is clean, the rooms are generously sized and the bathroom also offers ample space. Of particular note is the friendly and helpful staff in all areas. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The so-called Clipper Lounge is also very tastefully decorated and cosy – it invites you to linger. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Okay for 1-2 nights!
Okay for 1-2 nights. Located on a busy main road. Therefore, it is very loud if you open the windows.
The hotel is showing its age in terms of the furnishings.
Staff at the reception and Clipper Lounge were very friendly.
Breakfast has everything from sweet to savory.
It takes about 45 minutes to get to the Landungsbrücken in Hamburg with the X80, which runs hourly opposite the hotel.

Lieber Gast,

Suffocating and noisy
The rooms are a good size, but they have no ventilation.
The room was located facing a high-traffic area, so you cannot sleep with the window open without being woken up by sirens from all the ambulances. You have to choose between not breathing or excessive noise.
We barely slept during the 4 nights we stayed there.
The rooms are not cleaned during the stay; perhaps this is stated in the description somewhere, but we didn't find it. After 4 days, you are drowning in your own trash. Breakfast was minimalist. It is located close to public transport, and the parking facilities in the private basement are excellent. However, on one of the days we planned to eat at the hotel, there was an event taking place that limited the menu to only two choices, so we chose to eat elsewhere instead.
I would appreciate a response from the hotel regarding these issues

Dear Odd,
thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay with us.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that the combination of warm temperatures and the traffic noise made it difficult for you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. We regret the inconvenience this caused during your stay.
We also appreciate your comments regarding our housekeeping concept, breakfast and the limited restaurant menu on the day of your visit. Due to a special event, our restaurant was unfortunately only able to offer a reduced selection that evening. We understand your disappointment and apologize that this was not the experience you expected.
At the same time, we are pleased that you appreciated the size of your room, our convenient location close to public transport and the parking facilities in our underground garage.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. Comments like yours help us to continuously review and improve our services.
We would be delighted to welcome you again on a future visit to Hamburg and provide you with a more enjoyable experience.
Kind regards

Attention bed bugs!!
Terrible hotel. No vegan options at breakfast. Three of my colleagues had bed bugs in their rooms. When I searched my bed, I discovered these disgusting stains on the sagging mattress. Other colleagues had mold in the room.... much was broken and musty...Never again
