I enjoyed the experience

The room is comfortable and as described in photos, and the kitchen is good for small meals. The entrance is done exclusively by the code sent by the app, so be sure to have it with you (and a backup in paper in case your phone has no battery after a day of tourism in the city, as it happened to me, as well as the emergency numbers). There is no one on site if you need any type of assistance. It is in the northern part of the city, in a commercial area, 5 minutes walking to the Stadtpark Open Air – Hamburg (where I had two shows, that is why I have chosen this hotel). It is 30 minutes by car to downtown.

Good apart hotel near to 3 star, all is remote with digital access, cleaning is once time on 7 days, in fact AC is not real, no idea why is so stu...d, but on level 0 is 21° and if you want to be colder and move the potentiometer on - minis scale nothing happened, has luck, i was in the begging of July and wasn't so hot in fact. Has a restaurant on floor 0, separate payment from hotel, for 18euro you can find better food for this money, espresso is not included.

If you are visiting Hamburg as a tourist with your family, then this hotel is not for you. Plain and Simple!
There is no reception, there is no room cleaning, no AC, breakfast costs a bit and is in another hotel or restaurant somewhere. If you need a towel or anything similar, you will need to go pick it up yourself from the basement. If you have a problem, then you need to Whatsapp with a bot and you would still not get any physical help no matter what because there is no personnel in the building. I paid for the XL room but got the little cheaper room and they didnt help me with that. Room was full of dust, there was mold in the freezer. The list can be long!!

This was our first visit to Hamburg and would like to return and would not hesitate to book Numa again. The room was modern, spacious and had everything we needed. Plenty of hanging and cupboard space, a well equipped small kitchen area (we didn’t actually stay for long enough to use it) and large en-suite.
Some things were not immediately obvious, such as the lighting and external blind control but there were instructions for everything, so no need for this to be a problem.
The location couldn’t have been better as we didn’t want to drive into the centre of Hamburg and we found free street parking just outside the hotel, alternatively there was paid parking at Numa which seemed expensive compared to other hotels we’d stayed at during our trip.
The Rubenkamp train station was around a kilometre walk away via the very pretty allotments and walkways, trains were frequent and the journey to the centre took around 20 mins or approximately 6 stops. It was all very easy 😊

Great stay, spacious room for family of 5 (including baby cot).
Room was clean, well equipped with sufficient towels and kitchen utensils (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, etc.). You could make your own coffee or tea (capsules and tea bags provided, even oat milk!) - and there is an essentials room in the basement for extra towels or other necessities.
Check in and out process was very smooth with a pin provided and scanning a QR code at check out.
Sufficient parking outside (free from 8pm to 9am - otherwise 2 hour free parking with Parkscheibe).
Only con is the location: you need a car and it’s around 20min from the city center. Other than that, we were happy and would stay again.
