Fun decoration of the rooms. We had a large family room with good beds. There was a fan but no AC. The street outside is noisy. We came late and walking on that street is not enjoyable but it is probably a lot safer than it feels.

Difficult machine automated check in process ....... we travel as a group and booked 7 rooms and it took a long time! Hotel manager told us off for checking out late at 10.30am despite the check in confirmation email clearly stating 11am ....... for let himself into our rooms to tell its a 10am

Room was inadequate (curtains missing, could block the streetlight out) and when I explained this to the staff they were extremely rude.
Did not offer a room change, could not fix the lighting and curtains issue.

Check-in denied, but full costs charged

We were denied check-in, yet the full fee was charged. We were not offered a solution or accommodation – instead, everything was immediately denied. We had to switch to another hotel at short notice, which cost us an additional 170 €. An absolutely disappointing and unprofessional approach to guests.

Perfect for a youth trip

Our children had a great stay there. Rooms and hotel were well decorated and modern. Sufficient for teen travelers.
