If you are looking for a hotel located at the city center and you do not mind the noise outside (loud music, traffic and people) and you do not mind to book a small room, I highly recommend this hotel. Very small room but well organised and clean. Train station only 2 minutes walking for the premises.

Pros and cons...
There are pros and cons.
Against: 1) the single room is really tiny, you can't practically even open the suitcase. To do that, I had to move the coffee table and put the suitcase on the floor. In comparison, the bedroom bathroom is larger. If you don't need space and you just need to sleep, then you can go. 2) They write that there is breakfast, but it is not true. To make it, you have to go to one of the restaurants below the hotel and pay for it separately. 3) The hotel is located in the Central Station area, frequented by people not really recommendable. So be careful.
Pros: The hotel is right in front of the Central Station exit. As a result, it is very convenient to take the train that arrives from the airport and vice versa. The price is average.

Small but okay
Our room was very small, I estimate a 9m2. We slept at No. 53. Nice and tidy, just like the bathroom. But not suitable for more than 1 or 2 nights. Good price, though there are no other facilities. Location is fine, station by and you are in the center. No parking, if you are by car: look further! Garage nearby is very expensive.

Very small rooms - central location
The hotel is very centrally located just behind the railway station. Rooms are tiny - if you place a suitcase on the Florence there is no place to move. No chair or desk. No air condition so very warm in the summer. Room is quite clean, as is the shower. Fairly low price. If you simply need a bed for the night, this hotel is ok. But don’t expect anything but the very basic.

only good location and cleanliness
bad staff attention. after check-out, if time has to be made, there is no bathroom available. the room is very small. no coffee maker, no fridge or safe. (not cheap enough to have nothing)
