We booked the largest room, which was huge about 15x30ft, with two separate bathrooms. The hotel was very quiet and convenient to the city center.

Difficult to understand how to get a code to get in the door to the hotel. And the door with the instructions, was not the door to type in code to get in. A had to get help from other travelers. This could be done better by the hotel with very small steps.

No AC, only a vertical fan that makes no difference. Had to sleep with open windows while people next door were smoking on the balcony.
Self checkout is a nightmare and the reception desk close at 3pm, just in time to miss your check-in.
However it’s clean and the room is made everyday. Plus, the pillows are comfy

The internet was non-existent but the bed was really comfortable and it was clean and near the station. I was told I could pay in cash on the hotels.com website but it was not true. Plus the website said $59 and it was 65 Euros. And you must order breakfast in advance. They let me have a coffee though.

Vorab das positive: Schöne Zimmer, nette Einrichtung, Sauberkeit okay
Negativ: Zugang erfolgt nur mit Zahlencode - prinzipiell nicht verkehrt, nur funktioniert das System leider unzuverlässig… In der Einladungsmail steht man soll über den Haupteingang rein, man muss aber über den Nebeneingang rein, sonst funktioniert es nicht. Dann wurde am ersten Tag nach meinem Check in der Code geändert ohne es mir mitzuteilen. Also stand ich um 22 Uhr vor dem Hotel & kam nicht mehr rein, mein gesamtes Zeug im Hotel. Also versuchte ich mehrmals vergeblich das Hotel anzurufen - keiner war erreichbar. In meiner Not blieb mir nur der Weg über die Polizei, die den Besitzer erreichte der einen neuen Code erstellte, womit ich wieder rein kam. Wenn man schon ein Fehleranfälliges System hat, muss man eine 24/7 Erreichbarkeit gewährleisten.
Zimmereinigung erfolgt zwar täglich, was geputzt wird scheint aber nach gut Gusto zu erfolgen. Auch die Anzahl und Größe der Handtücher: Ich startete an Tag 1 mit vier großen Handtüchern und endete an Tag 5 mit drei kleinen und einem großen Handtuch…
