Nice small hottl near just a walk away from the center

Nice small hotel with clean room. The hotel was a little walk away from the main railwaystation and the city center. Hotel is small and maybe luttle outdated but very clean and quiet. I enjoyed my wortktrip at this hotek and everything tou need is very close. Restaurants, market etc. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly.

Very nice

Very nice staff. Everything is clean and well maintained
The breakfast has everything:sweet,savoury..the rooms are distributed over 3 houses.10 minutes to the train station,,3 to the Lister mile.quiet street .with parking difficult,many construction sites.

Quiet hotel in the city center

We were transiting south and had a stopover here. The price was ok, the sleep quality was very good.
Breakfast we didn't have, so we can't say anything about it. Although the hotel is right on a road, it was very quiet. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything needed.
Conclusion, very well suited, even for a longer stay.

Terrible booking experience at Hotel Alpha in Hannover

I and my wife made road trip by car to Europe (Sweden - Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and back to Sweden) for summer vacation. We have booking 12 nights in many hotels and countries via booking.com. However, we had to cancel all the hotel bookings in various hotels and countries. The reason of bread our travel was due to due to death case of my mother-in-law in Sweden (died Sept 6th). I have succeeded to get cancellations free of charge for all other booked 11 nights in various hotels for my broken summer trip with one exception at Hotel Alpha Hannover. Hotel Alpha has chosen to stick to their booking policy and refused to pay back the refund, even though I have explained the case of unexpected death of my family member. Neither could booking.com convince Hotel Alpha to pay the refund.
