Excellent location, good hotel

Location is excellent! Very central location, but hotel was quiet anyway, at least my room. Breakfast was good. Cleaning wasn't most professional, but reception handled feedback very positively. I can recommend this hotel and I might stay there again if traveling to Hannover.

Great location, excellent service

The hotel is centrally located in close proximity to the main train station, yet in a quiet area. The rooms are sufficiently large. The service is also appropriate and not excessive.
In my room, there was a small mishap, and I was immediately offered another room. Excellent!
Unfortunately, the H Rewards app or the online portal leaves much to be desired for members, but it is not directly related to the hotel.

Nice room, but the bed was very hard. The shower couldn’t hang. Breakfast could be better. To expensive for what you get.

The price-performance ratio is right.

Centrally located hotel, yet very quiet, as long as the construction work does not begin. Rooms are good, the price-performance ratio is right. Would love to return...

Terrible experience at the Intercity hotel.

My wife and I had a terrible stay at the hotel Intercity in Hannover. After travelling since 8 in the morning, we arrived with our group at the hotel at 6 pm. We were told to go to the first floor to receive our keys so that we could take our luggage to our rooms in good time before the dinner at 7.
To our astonishment, a very aggressive man among the staff told us that we wouldn't get our keys until we had had our dinner. He was afraid some of us would be late for dinner as if we were small children. We were very upset about that. Noone gave us the chance to order beer or wine with our food!
After dinner some of us went down to the bar since it was "happy hour" until 8. We were there at 7.40 but no staff came to the bar until after 8 when the "happy hour" was over!
So, of course I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.
