Everything is great

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely clean and the breakfast was really good. I would love to come back.

Mediocre review of one night in Hanover

The hotel stay was charged to my credit card on the day of arrival at noon, without having checked in. The hotel is currently located at a construction site and can only be reached via gravel paths, which cannot be used with a rolling suitcase. The hotel was enclosed in scaffolding, the windows were covered with plastic film, and drilling in the facade began at 8:00 a.m. The room was fine. The breakfast is not recommended. The bacon was totally limp and not rendered, swimming in grease. The muesli selection is minimalist. Next time I will try a different hotel in Hanover.

Perfectly adequate however there was a strong smell of sewerage in the bathroom and a constant low level humming noise in the bedroom.

Very pleasant stay

We arrived with 10 people at the end of July for 2 nights. We were welcomed warmly, and we were assigned our rooms. A reservation for everyone was confirmed for breakfast the next morning, the table was lovingly decorated, the service is top!! One room was exchanged without any problems due to a defective air conditioning system, and we received a voucher for the bar as an apology. The lady at the reception managed all of this excellently over two days; she was friendly, accommodating, simply great. We were very satisfied again and will definitely be back for the next Maschsee Festival. Many, many thanks.
