Worth a stop

Great family-run hotel. We stayed one night. We arrived after the kitchen was closed, but the chef arranged the BBQ counter for us anyway.

Simply beautiful

It was an unbelievable Beautiful stay you were greeted and received so warmly I had not experienced it so far it is very familiar and you feel like at home also the restaurant after inn is unparalleled have felt like I was sitting in the living room with grandma and grandpa from the look to history of the egg direction 10 out of 10 and also the staff from the chef to the Service unique experience and quality and taste of the food was outstanding and you feel the love in the dishes even the chef Personally comes to you at the table explains the menu and also recommendation and I can only recommend it to anyone who even if not staying here but just drives by to make a stop and enjoy this Beautiful warm ambience

Perfect if stopping going through Germany

We stayed at the hotel for one night on our way through Germany.
This was perfect as going north we are just through Kassel mountains and the up-down autobahn when having a break.
Next morning we could continue fresh on the more flat highway on the way north.
The host is very friendly. There is free parking just outside the door.
The host also runs a restaurant which serves a very good Wiener schnitzel and a good beer.
Just perfect after a long day of driving.
Breakfast is also very good.

Perfect and very nice place to stay

Small and comftable Gasthaus in close distance to the Highway.
It is perfect if you want to stay on the way to/from southern Europe.
Good and clean rooms. Breakfast was good.
We also had dinner when we arrived late, in the restaurant at the hotel.
Really good homemade food.
The staff is really friendly.
So all in all the name of the hotel lives up to the name Schlaffschön :-)

Sweet rooms with fantastic breakfast

We had a 1 night stopover on our trip. They welcomed us late night. Great and clean rooms with heating. Fantastic breakfast made our morning much better. Friendly and nice hotel staff. Also they had a private parking spot for hotel which helped us to park our van and trailer safely.
